Summary:
Casper is a ghost who just happens to be looking for a friend.  So when Carrigan Crittendon (Cathy Moriarty) believes that there is treasure in the old house where Casper haunts she is determined to find it, but his "uncles" won't let here inside.  Casper is watching TV when he sees a news report about a "Ghost therapist" (Bill Pullman) with a young daughter (Christina Ricci).  He then makes it so that the therapist and his daughter come to live in his house. What follows is a supernatural adventure that neither of them expected.
